Service Credits - Server Administration Support Credits
Support Credits are 30-minute blocks for the following items:
* Server Administration
* GridPane Support
1 Support Credit = 30 minutes = $100
2 Support Credits = 1 hour = $200
* Credits have to be redeemed within 6 months of being purchased.
* Credits can only be used by the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
* Credits are for one-time use only; there is no partial use and save for later. If a request takes 18 minutes, this will cost 1 credit.
