Website and WordPress Support Credits are 30 minutes blocks of time.
1 Website and WordPress Support Credit = 30 minutes of time.
* Credits have to be redeemed within 6 months of being purchased.
* Credits can only be used by the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
* Credits are one-time use only; there is no partial use and save for later. If a request takes 18 minutes, this will cost 1 credit.
